We are not selling home furnishing products online currently, but we hope jump on that band wagon soon. However, we are available on call/whatsapp on +91 97350 11550 to solve any queries and take orders over personal chat. 

Do you also deal in furniture products?

Sorry, we do not deal in furniture items. We only deal in home furnishing products like curtains, wallpapers, blinds, carpets, rugs, bedsheets, mattresses, and upholstery fabric of all kinds.

Do you also serve in locations outside Siliguri?

How long does it take to complete an order?

It depends on the magnitude of the work and the stock available at the moment. For smaller projects it generally takes 2-3 weeks time starting from selection, measurements, stitching to delivery and installation. For bigger projects, the average lead time is 30- 45 days.

Do you provide end location delivery services of home furnishing products for outstation?

We provide personal delivery of orders in Siliguri. For outstation, we have tie-ups with courier services to provide home delivery and upon the arrival of goods at the customer our staff visits the place for installation. Delivery charges for every order is applicable.

Are installation charges of furnishing items included in the order or separate?

Installation of home furnishing products like curtain tracks, blinds, wallpapers, bed backs etc. is done by expert technicians and have to be paid extra for their services. 

Do you also provide interior expert advice for the selection of upholstery and furnishing ?

We have industry expert salesmen who can guide you in the selection process of decor items for your home in compliance with the advice of your interior designer. We are also connecting with interior designers to establish tie ups and better guide you in decorating your abode.

Do I need to iron the curtains upon receiving them?

Although we iron the curtains well before shipping the order, it can get creased in the transportation. Therefore we recommend you to steam iron the drapes before installation.
